Your satisfaction is guaranteed.   Any Love Matters™ or LOL gifts ordered online may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping and handling charges.

To Return Items Ordered Online

1. Items returned must be unused.
2. Please include a copy of the invoice. On the invoice, please circle the item(s) you are returning.
3. Refunds will be made only to the purchaser, by the same method of payment used to purchase the item.
4. Pack and ship prepaid according the directions provided with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
